To ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Municipal and Traffic Court has implemented the following protocols:
1. If you are feeling ill or have been caring for someone with COVID-19, please do not appear in person at the courthouse.
2. All individuals entering the courthouse are encouraged to wear a mask if immune compromised.
3. Hallways and corridors are to be used for access only and must remain clear.
4. We encourage you to utilize our web and Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) capabilities for payments. You can make payments by visiting www.traffic.nola.gov or by calling 504.658.8500.
